THE DIFFERENT POINTS
1.The cab. Frame structure is welded by high-strength rectangular materials, the steel plate of the cab is made by stretch stamping process, which has high
structural strength, uniform force distribution, high safety performance. Bigger windows achieve front view and side view in all directions without dead
angle. The room is large, and more comfortable.

2.The seat. German professional technology design, using high-end luxury seats with damping springs to improve the operating comfort of the cab.

3. The rear engine hood. The new hood design is made by a drawing and stamping process, focusing on performance and structural strength. Maximizing the
heat dissipation and ventilation effects. Large opening and closing angle makes repair and maintenance more convenient and faster.The laminated rear mid-
grid adopts the grid plate stamping process, which has large heat dissipation area, high strength and good heat dissipation.

4.The axles.Newly developed product appearance, large wheel-side configuration to make the force area more uniform.

5. The hinge. Using three-layer link, the structure is stronger. The steering cylinders are placed in the middle layer, to make the steering more flexible, lighter,
and the force more balanced.

6. The oil tank. The inside of the oil tank is treated with pickling and phosphating, which will not cause clogging of impurities and ensure the smooth operation
of each part of the hydraulic system.

7. The oil hose connector. Hydraulic system has been upgraded to prevent hydraulic oil leakage. Our product uses a 24 degree conical tubing joint, and each
H-type oil pipe joint is provided with a seal ring, which truly achieves a life-long anti-leakage.

8.The muffler. This is our new design, increasing the exhaust vent, reducing the air resistance of the engine, and the noise reduction effect is obvious.
